How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely FREE for all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend required to qualify for our nationwide delivery service.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our estimated delivery time is between 7-14 business days. We work with reliable international partners to ensure your products arrive safely at your doorstep.

How can I check the status of my order?

While we do not provide automated tracking numbers at this stage, our team monitors every shipment. If you have any questions about your delivery, simply email us at supporthomeeasy@gmai.com and we will provide an update within 24 hours.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make further modifications.
